Soul Revival
Soul Revival does just that: revives your body, mind and soul from the inside out. This class will help you find your bearings while offering you just enough movement to get your blood flowing + loosen up anything that may feel a little “stuck.” Oftentimes all we need to do is get grounded, breathe and drop into the present moment to relax and find mental clarity.
Soul revival differentiates a bit from class-to-class and teacher-to-teacher, so be prepared for a little yoga-mix-tape of feel good sequences + practices, meditations + relaxations and overall goodness, guaranteed.
PROPS
We realize not everyone has props at home. Here are some good substitutions if you don’t have something!
• Bolster: couch cushions, 2-3 rolled blankets, blocks with blankets on top to soften
• Yoga Blanket: bath/beach towel (they are a little thicker & more sturdy than a normal blanket)
• Blocks: Firm cushions, folded blankets, books (might be worth the home investment to buy blocks)
• Strap: bathrobe tie, scarf, neck tie
